Yea hes right, great site. But if you simply want to know what programs you use (maybe this is what your asking, your question does kinda need to be a little bit more specific lol), then use either Blender or 3DMax which are both 3d editor programs. I'd get Blender because its easier to use and free. Also, Gimp and Adobe Photoshop are used for textures. NifSkope is used for looking at the NIFs (NIF files are the mesh [module] for the object, this is what you have made in blender or 3dmax, its where you edit nodes and add textures). Also your goign to need TESCS (The Elder Scrolls Construction Set) to place things in the game. That site Sypron supplied gives tutorials on pretty much everything I mentioned. If not it supllies sites that give even better tutorials.
