visual degenerating effects for radiation and canniablism + mannequin request

A mod that has radiation gradually change the player into ghouls in stages. reversible when visiting doctors.

25% rads 1st stage occurs
50% second stage occurs
75% third stage
100% you are a ghoul! (reversible only by visiting the surgeon in diamond city)

 

and in survival mode, cannibalism with its Dark Craving status should also have similar visual degenerating effects.

Also, can we please get a mannequin mode like the one in skyrim that can be used to display/unequip our armour, it is very good, weird that Bethesda didnt include it in the first place.
