darksoulmoo
Hi all! The problem i seem to be having is with followers from mods. What seems to be the problem is if i leave the cell where i created them (necromancy), they'll follow me around like normal. It's only until I leave the cell that none of them seem to follow. If I go back into the previous cell they'll still be there. Is there anyone who can offer a solution to this? Thank you for any answers. (Also sorry if i had spelt anything wrong, english is not my first language you see.) Also just to note it seems only to mods are doing this: One is Necromancy reborn and the other is something else with similar features (you need so and so materials to summon so and so skeleton), while a mod like CM Partners works fine. Oh and the other is Necromancy unleashed. Edited July 25, 2011 by darksoulmoo
Hickory
If the follower has low intelligence it won't be able to follow you through doors.
darksoulmoo
Ah, I see, that would likely be the reason due to it being a skeleton. Is here any way around this? Or may something to edit their intelligence?
Maigrets
Ah, I see, that would likely be the reason due to it being a skeleton. Is here any way around this? Or may something to edit their intelligence? Using the Construction Set find the skeleton in the Creatures list and open it's Form. On the Stats Tab which is the first one you'll see anyway, the attributes are on the top right. Change Intelligence to at least 30 which is the point where actors and creatures can follow through doors and also fast travel with you. Note that creatures a higher intelligence than default means they will also open doors and gates which is less of an issue than not following and getting stuck. I don't know if it can be edited via the console in game for creatures, eg a skeleton, but it would be better to do it via the CS. Edit: I almost forgot. Make sure you're only editing a skeleton with a unique ID from a mod or one you make yourself and not the default skeleton creature.
