Dimensionlord1 Posted May 16, 2016 Share Posted May 16, 2016 The White Phial isn't really that great as is, but it would be nice if a vampire character could fill it with blood. Thus each time your vampire character drinks from it they will gain the same benefits as drinking a blood potion and they will have a limitless supply of blood each time it refills.
