KingdomOfVictor
Hello, I've recently come into a problem with my load order, I have 0 mods. I've tried running LOOT to fix this problem, I've tried uninstalling FONV and reinstalling it, I've tried editing my load order in FOMM, nothing seems to fix this problem. The only ini edits I've made are:SMainMenuMovieIntro=1SIntroSequence=1bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 I also deleted MainTitle.wav in the FONV directory to get rid of that annoying loud music in the launcher. Any help at all would be extremely appreciated, thank you. Edited May 17, 2016 by KingdomOfVictor
dubiousintent
What, exactly, is the nature of your problem? That screenshot shows you only have the "FalloutNV.ESM" file enabled. None of the DLC are enabled, and no other mods are installed. LOOT would have nothing to sort. That "Data Files" setting is in the game Options menu. It will only show which files are installed and only those "checked" are enabled/active. It never shows your "load order" (LO). You can use LOOT to copy your LO for pasting here. It's under the ":" (with three dots) icon on the extreme right of the LOOT menu bar. But under the current circumstances that won't help us help you. The default INI has a blank entry for the "SMainMenuMovieIntro=" and "SIntroSequence=" entries. Assuming you wish to see them, try that. If you wish to disable them, use "=0". Did you run the vanilla game and let it detect your video settings before you attempted to edit the INI files? If not, have Steam "verify local files" and do that without editing anything. Let's see if we can't get you to at least the character generation in vanilla first. You can adjust the volume of the music (and other sounds) separately under the "Audio" settings option. -Dubious- Edited May 17, 2016 by dubiousintent

But I know what I'm doing with the ini and everything, and the maintitle.wav only affects the extremely loud music played in the launcher, which you can't edit. Thanks for replying! :)
JimboUK
Use a proper mod manager, the games own is next to useless and will cause you problems down the line.
