Sorry for the double post but this is my character description.

Name: Kismet

 

Alignment: Neutral, Chaotic-Neutral (subject to flux due to RP and the RP story I am writing through my current gameplay, no change in alignment will be done without proper RP)

 

Race: Half-Dunmer (Father side) Half-Drow (in the RA Salvatore sense of Drow)

 

Place of Origin: Menzoberranzan (Forgotten Realms/D&D Origin)

 

Current Status: Came to Nirn as a prayer to Lolth was answered. Kismet desired to be freed from her house's Matron Mother (and her biological mother) who treated Kismet worse than slaves due to her Dumner blood. The prayer was granted as the Matron Mother was falling from Lolth's favor (and no doubt Lolth has some amusement in this.) Kismet appeared in Tamriel via the Goddess' magic standing beside a dead nobleman with a knife in her hand. She was arrested and put in the IC Prisons. The rest you know?

 

Physical Description: She is much darker skinned than a average dumner and has emerald-green eyes (these are unusual but not unheard of in Drow especially the surface dwellers that have left Lolth's gentle guidance.) She stands about 5'2'' and has short-cropped white hair which often falls into her eyes. She is thin and graceful as most of her kind. She is able thanks to the Spider Goddess to stand int he sun though she prefers tha shadows, being a Rogue of training. She is also adept at disguises and is currently training in the mage's guild to improve her natural affinity for magic.

 

Kismet has developed a Morrowind accent so her voice is low and rough. Her story is that she was orphaned at birth and raised in a minor House and trained there initially.

NAME: Redemin Santeres Kenshano Wolfiel

 

RACE: Breton

 

AGE: 52

 

HEIGHT: 5'11"

 

CLASS: Freelance Assassin

 

APPEARANCE: Redemin has jet black, short-cropped hair and a pair of deep indigo blue eyes with piercing black pupils. His skin a rich peach color. He has a relatively skinny yet highly conditioned body and the absence of any significant scars indicate a type of perfectionism within the man.

 

CLOTHING: A tight-fitting yet durable leather jerkin splotched with dark greys, blacks, and greens and pants of the same style. He wears a soft cotton hood underneath his armored hood.

 

ARMOR: Redemin wears a sleek grey and black cotton armor reinforced with glass and chitin in the joints and other flexible parts and reinforced with ebony in the non-flexible parts. His hood is the same grey and black and is also reinforced with glass and chitin.

 

EQUIPMENT: Redemin once had the honor of briefly using the artifact sword known as Goldbrand. The sword had a very nice feel in his hand and, knowing that it would eventually move on to another owner, had the smith at Mournhold's Craftsmen's Hall fashion an adamantium likeness of the katana for when it left. He kept both in scabbards on his waist, but now his adamantium rendition has hung there alone for many a year. He has two ebony throwing knives, one in his right boot and one in a pocket on his belt. A small pouch on the side of his belt contains a few serrated glass throwing stars. His secondary melee weapon is an ornate ebony shortsword that he liberated from the home of an assassination target years ago. He also keeps a small dagger of Daedric origin at his waist. On his back, he wears a laminated wooden composite bow with ebony reinforcements; the whole bow is, like his attire, black and grey. He keeps a flat quiver full of arrows on his back as well. He uses glass and ebony arrows and has even had the good fortune of employing a few Daedric arrows on some occasions. Each arrow, throwing star, and blade is laced with a very potent homemade poison. This poison even has an effect on Argonians, who are famous for their immunity to many different types of toxins. The poison rarely kills an Argonian, but it's rare lizard that isn't made dizzy, hallucinatory, and generally disoriented by the concoction.

 

SKILLS: Drawing on his natural Breton talent for magic and the tutelage of his teachers over the years, Redemin sports a unique blend of magical and stealth abilities. He is a master illusionist and also has ample skill in the college of Destruction. He has a firm grasp of the darker side of alchemy thanks to the decades of brewing poisons. Because Bretons are natural-born healers, he's also able to heal or ease certain injuries to himself or others. This deadly array of magical abilities is augmented by an equally lethal assortment of assassination skills. He is very fast and agile and adept with a wide variety of blades. He is also capable of using other melee weapons when he must. He is also an accomplished hand-to-hand combatant. With his bow, he is one of the few non-Bosmer who can honestly say that he has out-shot career Bosmeri archers on several occasions. When required to not be seen, he can become a ghost's shadow by melting away into dark areas. This smorgasbord deadly skills, coupled with his natural talent, make him a formidable foe for even the toughest fighters.

 

PERSONALITY: Redemin is remarkably intelligent and adaptable; it's what's kept him alive all these years. Most of the time, he is very cold and calculating. He's had few friends during his lifetime, but the handful of people that can call him a friend know that he's loyal and fiercely protective. He is a sort of noble assassin, only dealing death to those who seek to oppress or hurt the innocent. Although the long years of seeing death on a regular basis have caused many layers of bitterness and sometimes sadness to become draped around his heart, the light inside his heart still shines through them when it's needed most.

 

HISTORY: Redemin Santeres Kenshano Wolfiel was born into a diverse family in the town of Balmora on the island of Vvardenfell in the center of Morrowind. The family had a little bit of everything excluding Argonians, Khajiits, and Orcs. His first middle name was taken from his great-grandfather Santeres Belcromat and his second middle name was given to him by his own mother, a Dunmer woman by the name of Synthasa Kenshano. He was never very outgoing or social, but he was capable of talking to people when he had to, although he always found it easier to converse with adults than with his contemporaries. He always kept himself in good shape and learned the foundation of his future hand-to-hand skills from one of his father's friends at the local Fighters' Guild hall. Then, one night, thieves broke into the house. Redemin's father tried to fight them off, but he and his wife Synthasa were killed. Redemin witnessed their deaths, but managed to escape the house and alert the guards. The guards promptly stormed the house and carved the burglars up, but there was nothing that could be done for Redemin's parents. That day, Redemin's personality took a dark turn. He left the town on his own, drifted between other jobs in various towns...bought what he didn't steal from outlaws on the roads. He was a lot more cynical and was bitter, and may have even turned into the same kind of murderous thug that killed his parents had it not been for one stormy night on the road between Gnisis and Ald Velothi when he was nineteen. He happened upon two Orcs chasing after a small Nord girl who had gotten lost. The girl tripped over a rock and the Orcs were about to bear down on her. Redemin, in a sudden gush of anger and rage, flew at the Orcs with his small blade and disemboweled them. As he looked at the little girl's big dark green eyes, he could see the same terror and sadness in her eyes that he experienced during that night five years ago. He took the girl back to Gnisis where an Imperial Cult member took her back down to southern Vvardenfell. He decided that day that he would dedicate his life to bringing down those that sought to oppress and exploit the innocent for their own gains and amusement, and that image of that little Nord girl's face burned into his mind has been what's kept him true to his vow for over fifty years.

Class: Acrobat

 

An unexpected guest in the inn, Reona is a thin Bosmer girl of a young age. Quick and nimble, Reona is inexperienced with a blade, making up for her lack of skill with swiftness. She is still teaching herself to fight, as it is something she is a natural at, but had never done until recently. She has the haggard appearance of one who has been travelling for some time. She is secretive, but willing to share her stories with others and lower her guard once she trusts them. She has a nervous and shy disposition, but becomes confident and unwavering when enemies present themselves.

NAME: Ellundil

 

RACE: High Elf

 

AGE: 560

 

HEIGHT: 6' 7"

 

CLASS: Rune-Master

 

APPEARANCE: Long, kept hair, dyed to a bleach white. It is partially kept out of his eyes by his silk headband. Though he is a tall elf, he still maintains a very lean, muscular build, well enough to handle himself to handle a bar-fight with two Orcs and a Nord. He has a massive tattoo that swirls and consumes his upper body- irradiating a slight blue. As if it were a rune embedded into his body. His eyes are soft and full of pain, containing memories that still torture his mind.

 

CLOTHING: Absolutely. No. Shirt. That would cut off his supply of magical energy- supplied by the rune.

 

ARMOR: Although he has no idea how to handle himself in heavy armor, he loves wearing a custom forged Dwarven Armor that has been dyed into a deep-black. Without a cuirass of course. No helmet either- he can't stand how it constricts his mind.

 

EQUIPMENT: An elegant elven blade- believed to be crafted in a very ancient paste- extending 4 feet in length. It has been enchanted over the years by many elven lords. The blade's name has been righteously named as, "Lithrandis" possibly meaning, in an old elven tongue, everlasting life. Other than that blade he likes to keep a tome of spells, a large collection of scrolls he has obtained from the libraries of his homeland, should he need the great power they behold.

 

SKILLS: Master of Blade and Destruction (and another skill unknown to others but Ellundil and of course me). Expert of Conjuration and Enchantment. Apprentice of Mysticism and Illusion. Complete Novice of heavy armor.

 

PERSONALITY: Keeps to himself, doesn't discuss his past. Is willing to travel with others, so as long as they dont ask too many questions.

 

HISTORY: Ellundil has told few if not none his dark story. And he is not willing to with just anyone. It would take a true-love, a true-companion, and a best friend to bring his history to the light of day.

a lazy mage that spends most of his time sleeping in strange places (such as up in trees, levitating high in the sky or under the water with a water breathing spell) except for when he has something to do or someone to keep him company. his name means fiercest force in the thu'um the dragon tongue aptly named for his mastery of the dragon shouts.because of his name he has trouble introducing himself,obviously.<br>

Kayla and Ian that was wonderful!,

 

and Oldnotweak, I love your character, already! That is awesome.

 

Let me introduce a secondary character, Snout.

 

Snout is an Orc and the caretaker of the Inn. He's in charge of the Kitchen, the Rooms, collecting the rent, taking care of the barns, and making sure the crops are tended in the fields.

 

He's handy with a Waraxe as well, but he's a lover not a fighter. He's unusually astute, creative, good with handling money, and super smart for an Orc. :P

Which is how he ended up keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes at the Chattering Scroll. He's always looking for help around the place so if you're low on cash and not up for adventurin', hit him up for a job feeding, watering, and tending the horses, milking the cows, collecting the eggs from the chicken house, or working a hoe. : :laugh:

 

Snout is an Orc with a beard, you don't see that everyday.

Name: Sarah

 

Back story: Growing up around the quagmires of Leyawiin, Sarah never knew the definition of a family. Alone, but stronger because of it, she has learned to channel her well of anger into a terrifying mastery of the magical arts. Although a darker personality dwells within this forever lost soul, it is rare to actually see her provoked, often strolling through the beautiful forests that Cyrodiil has to offer, befriending Spriggans and nympths, some of the copses' most dangerous residents. Sarah is never seen without the Charice, an enchanted amulet known to her for as long as memory serves, rumored to be a family heirloom cursed upon them by the Daedric Prince of low-life's and misfortune, known as Sanguine. Besides being bounded to her neck, it also manipulates the magicka of the world around the user, interacting with both the realm of the dead and perhaps, that of the gods. As to what else lies within, that is up to Sarah. Blending in with the crowd of any city she finds herself in, this 18 year-old High Elf has a knack for the shadows, slipping hands into ignorant pockets and making a comfortable life as a roaming street dweller. Leather armor being the only protection that she needs, a lone silver dagger and a deadly knowledge of hand-to-hand combat come only as a last resort. Ultimately, Sarah is out to explore the world and leave the past where it belongs, packing a tempered attitude, a sarcastic approach, and some occasional smiles and charm to those she comes across.
