aAaZzZ000oOo
A mod I really want is to allow the Shivering Isles creatures to spawn in Cyrodil, because let's be real, who goes to the Shivering Isles anyway? Bailwog's and Scalons have a chance of spawning where mud crabs would be, Gnarls and Elytra in the Wilderness, Heretics at Bandit camps, Grummites in..... Goblin caves? And Dark Seducers, Golden Saints, Knights of Order, Flesh Atronachs and Hunger's in Oblivion. And Shambles and Skinned Hounds in undead filled caves/forts/mines. And Zelots in Conjurer filled ruins. This would be pretty cool to see, and it shouldn't be that difficult to make if you know how to mess with the level lists  Edited May 17, 2016 by aAaZzZ000oOo
Oblivionaddicted
You can effectively do it easily, open DLCShiveringIsles.esp as a plugin-file, edit the creatures you want to add in your mod (for example their editor ID), add them in the vanilla leveled lists and save. Don't forget to set your new mod as the active file when you continue your work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

Oblivionaddicted
Select a leveledcreature list, open it, leave the list of creatures visible, select the creature you want to add inside the creatures list and use a drag-and drop. Don't forget to set the minimum level to make it appear.

Oblivionaddicted
It will be easy, I already did it on my mods. You don't need to associate every creature with a certain level by the way. Edited May 17, 2016 by Oblivionaddicted
Surilindur
DLCShiveringIsled.esp is a dummy and exists purely to have the SI bsa archives loaded by the game - all the Shivering Isles data has been merged into Oblivion.esm file. If you want to make your own mod for the leveled list thing, you can open the CS, only tick Oblivion.esm and then ignore all warnings about not having set an active plugin. You can then save your plugin as a separate one. If you want to carry on potential LL changes from the UOP, you can use the Construction Set Extender by shademe since it allows you to have an .esp file as the master of another .esp file without any additional labour. Remember to check the Wrye Bash Advanced Readme html file that came with WB for the Bash Tags list, so that you can have your leveled list changes merged with those from all other plugins when users build their Bashed Patch. But that is all just something additional. Happy modding.
