Mass Effect 3 Hair is blocky and has no textures

I'm completely new to modding ME3, and I've been struggling with this problem for almost two days. I've followed girlplays' instructions and no matter what I do, I still somehow get blocky hair. I have already reinstalled a clean game and still get the same problem. I'm not entirely sure what the problem is, but maybe it has to do with me using Auto TOC Updater and not TOC Bin Updater.

You may be the same person who posted over on the bioware forums but if not, there's this mod set which might be what you need.
