Strobelight Posted July 29, 2011 Share Posted July 29, 2011 Its been done in Oblivion, and in Oblivion characters have completely different head/ear meshes because of the difference in races. This should be a cakewalk in Fallout. I think there was a mod in oblivion called Apachii's Goddess Store with brilliant wigs in, hairs you couldn't ever find in hair packs were in there. Probably my favourite mod in that game. Maybe you could contact the owner of that and see if they're willing to help you?
