You've given me a place to start looking, I hadn't actually thought to look in any of the game settings, I always thought it would just be a simple GECK option! I'll take a further look, but i've not got my hopes up, sometimes things are just impossible to do.

Hey Nexus Just a simple mod, if I had any extensive knowledge of the GECK i'd do it myself cause i'm sure there'll just be a tick box for it or something along the lines. Is there anyway to make throwing weapons stay for longer, they decay and just vanish 4 seconds after throwing them, is there any way to make them stay for say, a minute? I noticed this when using something for target practice, i'd walked up to see where I hit the target with my tomahawk and it vanished, it'd make for a nice little feature. Thanks in advance! :D

If you're using a laptop, then it has to be a gaming one if you're running Skyrim. Let alone if you think you can run Sharshooters ENB, it's very performance heavy. Delete all the ENB related stuff from your Skyrim Directory, (The SweetFX folder and all the config files etc). Back them up, just in case. It's good practice anyway. Download the latest ENB for Skyrim, v0.200 from memory or which ever ENB your preset tells you too. Download your ENB Preset Go to the ENB you downloaded and unpack the Injector version folder to your desktop. Move the contents of the Injector Version into your Skyrim Directory (where TESV.exe is, not \Data\) Place all the ENB Preset's files into the Skyrim directory Open the enbinjector.ini and replace all the text with this if it does not already look the same: Run the ENBInjector.exe (I'd make a shortcut to desktop)Run Skyrim through SKSE/TESV.exe That should work!

1, ENBSeries is a graphics modification for lots of games, it acts as an overlay over the game to enhance the visuals at quite a big chunk to performance, and IMO It isn't all that amazing like some people say but it can be a nice touch to your game. There are loads of presets that can be tailored to your preference like. Only use it if your PC can hack it. 2, Climates of Tamriel and mods like that don't actually require ENB, they just look better with it because mods like CoT are visual enhancer mods. 3, Either or, they don't depend on each other as far as i'm aware. They just look good together, so both if you can run it. 4, My favourite preset is http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30936/? - the RealVision (Performance) ENB is great, I just took it and turned the Depth of Field back on with a little brighter lighting in the interior cells and it's perfect. This ENB tries to be realistic while a lot of others just crank up the contrast and blur and think that it looks amazing while really it's unplayable, kENB for a start - but they're usually for people who want to take screenshots, flashy videos and the like. 5, ENB is a good mod overall, it's cleverly done and makes Skyrim prettier than it already is. Try it and experiment with it. If you're getting lag use the RealVision Performance, unless the lag makes the game unplayable, in which case just leave it. hope i helped <3

You could try using the console to get rid of the horse if you're sure that is definitely the problem? Highlight the horse so you get it's RefID in the console and punch in 'disable' :)

Hey I have the mod Flying Mod Beta and the mod Vampire Lord Infernal Replacer I have the Flying Mod up and running, and it works fine. But I want to try and add the 'Flying Spell' to the Vampire Lord, so that I can take off as a vampire lord and fly around. I've tried player.addspell <spell id> while as a vampire lord but it does not appear in the favourites menu, don't know how to do it or whether or not I need the creation kit to do so. If anyone can help, i'd appreciate it. Thanks :) :)

How do you mean? The categories under the Mod's tab that align to each mod in NMM are all in text format, describing actual categories. Well, for me atleast?

Try and do the basic game fixes first, use BOSS on the load order, make sure you've got some good compatibility patches etc. It might not be to do with the horse, but maybe a certain cell that you were travelling into if you say you got on the horse and rode it for a minute. Even when you uninstall mods that change and replace scripts from the original Skyrim they leave a kind of trace and can cause errors if you uninstall a mod and load from a save where the mod was installed. Go down your list of plugins and disable everything, trial and error your way through all of the plugins by launching the game to see if it loads and works until you find the plugin that is causing it. More often than not plugins that you'd least expect (ones that seemingly have nothing to do with the error at hand) are the culprits.

I totally get what you mean when you're talking about Zeno Clash, the gameplay is actually really good but what the f*#@ is with the characters, monsters etc.. I'm all for surrealism but thats a bit too much. I played that, and I just bought Metro Last Light from GAME in my town, which is amazing. I've played Borderlands 2 but I really didn't like it, it was fun for the first few hours of gameplay but after around 4 or 5 hours in, it became quite boring for me.. I'm far too picky with my games.

This Zeno Clash game looks pretty great after seeing some gameplay and searching for it, etc. And yeah, I'm surprised I didn't list mass effect in my initial post :L I also hear your cries and raise them about Guild Wars 2, it really is a shame that the GW2 community is full of so many shitheads.. Completed Dishonored, it really does remind me of Bioshock, you're right The only birds eye view RTS game that I really liked was the Command and Conquer Red Alert series for the girls and the art design, other than that I cant stand rts, they just seem to bore me.. the same with games like Torchlight and Diablo, etc. I might have a play at this Zeno Clash game and maybe Dark Souls, maybe the Metro games too, never played those and they're supposed to be good

Hey, like I said, the modding community for Bethesda's games have always come up with thing that you would imagine impossible, but workarounds are done and I could see that idea getting quite a lot of attention! (By the way, I just downloaded your bow, never considered iron sights for a bow, looks niiice) I think it would be easier to have that binoculars style effect like in New Vegas, where you would right click and it would simply zoom in the entire screen but with a 'binoculars' black overlay. It would be perfectly fine, Call of Duty does it, Battlefield does it. When you look down an ACOG scope in Battlefield 3, you still have peripheral vision but your entire view zooms in with the scope. Try looking at it that way, it'll probably be a lot easier for you!

Do you know the basic specs of your PC off by heart? It may be that the computer has a hard time hacking it. I played New Vegas on my old PC with a Radeon HD 2400 and 2GB of shitty RAM but I was able to run it on medium with the occasional frame rate drop. I played it at 20-25fps, god knows how I did that considering I now play at 60fps+ all the time. If your PC is a tricked out gaming rig, then that obviously cant be case - unless you're missing some vital drivers or something, but i'm sure you'd've checked that out. When checking for conflicts, I never really used some special sorting software, could never be arsed with it. Just use good old fashioned logic. For example, One HUD and MTUI both efffect similar things right? Try disabling every single plugin and load up your game. If it runs fine, then you know one of the plugins you have just deactivated was at fault. Now re-enable 5 plugins at a time and load up the game, if the game runs fine, it's not those plugins. No re-enable 5 more and test the game again. Rinse and repeat until you find that you boot up the game and the problem occurs again, then one of the 5 plugins you have activated will be the one at fault. Rinse and repeat till you find the one at fault, it's just a matter of trial and error trying to diagnose the problem. Hope that helped <3

May be stabbing in the dark here, i'm probably wrong. Are the music files supposed to be in packed into a .bsa file in ...\Fallout New Vegas\Data\? I'm pretty sure I remember (when I had the game installed) there being a Fallout New Vegas - Music.bsa along with Fallout New Vegas - Sound.bsa, Textures.bsa and so on. If it isn't there, I may be wrong or you may be missing that file. If it is there, open it with FOMM or something that can open Bethesda Archive files and check that there aren't any files missing from within the compressed archive. Is your game a pirated version? If it is, it may be that it's the pirated version was missing something and it's a bad copy. If it's a legit copy, then maybe theres something wrong with the disc or the digital download. Or maybe you've just accidentally deleted something.

I'm looking for a good game, I'm bored waiting for the release of so many amazing games this year: Mirrors Edge 2, Watchdogs, Dying Light, GTA V, Saints Row IV, Star Wars: Battlefront, the list goes on and I'm too hyped for these games. I recently got Dead Space 3, which I like, and Bioshock Infinite, which I also like. Had a go on Dragon Age 2 as well, but I hate it, it's unbelievably boring and the controls really put me off. I want a good role playing game where you can create a character, gender, appearance, traits etcetera, not necessarily in some medieval theme but any. I like games where you can do this and your character has a voice. I'm bored of my ass and I want something to take my mind of the heap of papers and essays that I have to write. Thanks :smile:

If you're talking about having an object, say, a magnifying glass in your hand where everything through it would be zoomed in but everything around it and your peripheral vision would be normal - then no, I don't think so at least. But the modding community has come up with some amazing stuff since the release of Skyrim, so I hope that I'll be proved wrong. But as CaBaL120 said Fallout New Vegas had binoculars, that effect was achieved by placing an overlay over the game's first person view and zooming in. Skyrim itself has a perk where you can zoom in with a bow, so zooming in is obviously possible. What exactly are you trying to create?

Is there any specific in game item/object in the house that might be relying on an external plugin that is no longer there? Look around your creation and double check if you think you might have too. It might be that the game crashes when it tries to render something that it can't find or should not be there. The last time I tinkered with buildings and location modding was soon after Fallout 3 came out and I created an unreleased player vault for myself, I had similar problems where my game would crash when trying to enter the vault. Something may have changed with Skyrim so this may not be the case.

Get the image to the right specifications/dimensions etc then make sure it has an alpha channel so you're getting transparency of the image on the pipboy ingame. The picture is applied to an item specifically, so open the item in the GECK then browse for the image file where the GECK asks for the PipBoy image. Hope that helped :happy:
