Crashing at start up is usually caused by a missing master, fire up FNVEdit, if a master is missing it will throw an error telling you the name of that missing master.

Try to pin down when this happens a little more. Is it only in interiors or exteriors, in certain areas (like Goodsprings or The Strip only), when stationary or when moving, only after Fast Travel, only in dialog with NPCs, only when NPCs are in sight?

If all of the above, try using the game Graphics option to reduce the quality of your texture resolution. You can also try reducing your screen resolution there to see if it makes a difference.

The results will give us a better idea of where your "graphics bottleneck" is occurring.

I do notice that you do not have any signs of any of the game "fixers" installed. Look into (in my "install order"):

- [New Vegas Stutter Remover] (requires [NVSE]. The 5.0 beta versions are stable. Check version requirements of other mods when choosing.)
- [NVAC],
- [Better Game Performance],
- [YUP] (and the various optional patches for it and other mods. There are other YUP patch files than on that page you may have to search out for other mods),
- [MMUE] (and it's various optional mod compatibility patches),
- [NVEC] (notice it has "bugfix" modules if you don't want the "complete version" with enhancements)

-Dubious-
