Dan3345
My system: AMD 1100t @ stock ghz6gb patriot 1333 RAMMSI Twin FROZR II 6950 2gbWD 7200RPM 6gb's TR HDD Ok so last night I bought the video card stated above to replace my gtx 460. Now I know for a fact that this card is a lot more powerful than the gtx 460 1gb I had however in New Vegas I am getting a lot more stutter. I have never had a ATI card before so I am not sure which drivers I was supposed to install.. I went ahead and grabbed the 11.7 amd catalyst control center and all the display drivers it came with. It does not appear that you can create profiles for individual games like with nvidia? If that's wrong can someone help me figure out how? Also is it true the drivers for the 69** series are crap? Heard that from a friend, who is a bit of a nvidia fan boy.. Edited July 30, 2011 by Dan3345
maboru
Are you using Configator to preload everything possible and up the preload limit. Your card and system should be able to handle it as long as you're also using fnv4gb_nvse. (64 bit OS right?) I'm hoping the Stutter Remover people update for 1.4 soon but the preloads in Configator reduce stuttering as well.
