GrayWolf04
Nice start! Needs more gray though, and try using the dog model rather than the mongrel.
rjhelms84
I'll have a go at this later on today. What about the Coyote model, or would you prefer the dog? I could take the dog model, and give it the extra hair that the mongrol has, in Blender. What do you think? I'll have a go at the textures as well. Don't get your hopes up though, as I'm not exactly a textures expert! But I have managed high quality re-textures before, so we'll see!
GrayWolf04
I prefer the dog model, mainly the large dog model. Try it without the extra fur first, just the recolor.
Glenstorm
I thought wolves are supposed to have pelts? Anyway the dude who made the pic replied, its a live wolf. He just photoshopped :wallbash:. I chose the mongrel model coz it showed viciousness (its a wolf... 3/4th anyway) and doesn't look like... well a dog. GrayWolf04
I support your head banging. We could use the picture as a reference anyways. As far as the model, I see your point with the mongrel, but I think it looks too vicious. Besides, wolves arent vicious, they're just made out to be. And also, wolves don't have such a shaggy coat. It's more thick and short. That's why I think a dog would be a better fit.
hadoumastery
http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=41361 Check this monster mod out for resources, I believe it had a wolf in it. And if you just resize it and make it a pet then all should be good.
