Brandon007
Hey everyone. Im trying to make a new armor mod for FO4, and Im having the hardest time trying to figure out how to put the Power Helmet Pipboy effect and the Modulated voice on a NON Power Armor helmet. Anyone have any ideas on how that is done exactly?

trold
Regarding the voice modulation, I think something similar originally was intended by the creator of this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12384/?From reading the comments it seems adding the effect to non power armor gear is not so simple. vman0341
@Brandon007 - Good luck on cracking that cookie, voice modulation is easy. In the creation kit if you go under armor tab and select an item, you will notice in the box for that item, under the world model data, a box that says addon index/armor addon, if you look under the corresponding armor addon, all the way at the bottom left center their is a tab that says modulates voice, all you should have to do is tick it. Now the pipboy effect on the other hand, Good luck finding anything that actually links it all together and makes it work. I wanted to make pip glasses and I tore through everything, including the model files, keywords, imagespace modifiers, I mean everything you can imagine with no luck. In fact the only things I managed to find out is that it is not linked to the helmet but rather to the frame itself and has something to do with the power armor race. I tried applying every keyword and everything else I could imagine and got nothing.

Brandon007
Anyone have any luck with this yet? Or how to have Chain Effects change in SOMDialoguePlayer2D upon equiping/unequiping a specific outfit?
