Skyrim CTD on startup - Sometimes

No idea whats going on but Skyrim is CTDing on startup maybe 80% of the time. Every now and then itll work, but it most CTD's.

No idea what's causing it, but there's that. If anyone has any ideas it'd be appreciated.

I've LOOTed, cleaned, USLEEP scripted, re-LOOTed. No errors detected, no missing masters, no dirty plugins, nothing. It does not crash instantly either. I crashes about 5-6 seconds after bethesda logo, main menu buttons never showing up.
