Maybe I'm the only one who couldn't find it, or even wants it, but for anyone else who does, I can help. Be warned - the file is about 11 or 12 Mb compressed, 13Mb or so uncompressed, and about 1,100 pages in length. It's also in *.pdf format, if that matters to anyone.
