Halororor Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 Have you tried using a VPN yet? I know some of the guys in my country use VPNs to bypass their ISPs' traffic shaping. Not sure if it will work if your ISP is blocking Steam or something, but it might be worth a try just to check if it's a fault on your ISP's side.
