Custom spells and Items disappearing

As the title says, all of my custom spells and items are disappearing everytime I load the game. If I save a game and simply load without quitting they are all still there, which is why I am so confused.

Im not using too many mods as this is my first play through, but here is my load order anyways:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is really annoying.

What is your game version? It can be FormID bug, which can destroy your saved game in the end.

Thank you! That seems to have been the exact problem. I experienced all of those symptoms.
