Talon111
Sorry to start yet another crash thread, but since downloading Old World Blues (had no trouble w that in itself) and that last patch for it I've been having CTDs going into some interiors back in the Majave. For example I can't seem to get into any interiors in Goodsprings. Anyone else have this problem and is there a known fix?
maboru
I had the problem with the new patch without even playing the DLC yet. For me the problem was mods that changed the interiors or dropped companions in them. Worked before the patch but not after the patch because the changes effected mods made before the new GECK. Even had to drop Sunny Smiles Companion and Sonia. Look through the last couple of pages here for the workarounds that cleared it up for myself and others and update any of your mods that have been patched since 1.4. I haven't been able to get any Saloon mods to work again yet (still waiting on updates to them, but I have been able to slowly return some of the companions (like Sonia) one at a time even without updates. I did however have to start a new game and delete all of my old saves. BTW- I was never able to get RR Companions to work again and had to switch to ACM-NCCS. Talon111
OK so I unchecked many mods that I won't miss that much. It still crashed. So I finally and reluctantly deactivated all AWOP mods, which I will definitely miss, and that seem to have fixed it. Very unfortunate.
maboru
Keep an eye on the AWOP mod pages, they've uploaded quite a few new patches since 1.4 attacked us, even the main files were updated a couple of weeks ago. If they're not working for you just describe the problem on their comment page and they may be able to help you.
