I officially found this place after it merged with the Morrowind Mod Library, which was preceded by Morrowind Files, from which I was directed from Bethesda's official Morrowind site.

I was schleping about on the official Elder Scrolls site, when I discovered this as a link for fansites. It has been removed from the site, to the best of my knowlledge, but I remember seeing the 'Middle-Earth Mod' and thinking:

 

'Finally, it has come to pass, I must see this for myself'

 

And the rest is history. :D
