ImNotCrazy44
I recently installed Bananasplit Better Cities. I made OMODs out of 3 required archives and they're all activated in OBMM and it says there is no compatability issue. When I start Oblivion, I still have the vanilla cities...there has got to be something obvious I'm missing...Oh, and when I hit "yes" when prompted to the opened better cities plug-in, I get a message saying "install the better cities resource pack (perminant and current) if you want better cities to display properl." The only problem with that is that those are 2 of the 3 OMODs I installed. Edit:Ok, so after trying random things to try and fix this, I found that if I boot up oblivion the normal way, and look at "data files." A lot of things were unchecked even though they didnt even exist in OBMM...I guess this topic can be deleted then. JohnBond007777
Try going to a place unaffected by mods, such as the Wilderness or, even better, an unmodded Interior Cell (Room, House, Dungeon) and make a hard (Via Pause Menu) save. Wait or sleep 3 in-game days and 1 hour. (73 Hours) This should cause all cells to respawn and MIGHT fix your problem.
