If you answer outside of the 'approved' answers your answer is discarded and just not counted. They are not going to go out of their way to arrest you or charge you with any crime. Although they could if they wanted to as filling in false information on a government form is a crime (in the US and I imagine most other countries) @TheCalliton: The CIA doesn't arrest you.
