PowderdToastMan
so i gave my copy of oblivion to my brother a while back, and i've been playin fallout new vegas. well, i started suffering from oblivion withdrawls and decided i was gonna play oblivion again. so i called up my brother and asked him if he was done with it. He, of course, was so hooked that he did not want to give it up. so i decided i would just purchase a new copy for myself and went to gamestops website. They had the goty-deluxe and the 5th anniversary edition. after looking at them, i noticed that the 5th anniversary edition did not have all the dlc like the deluxe edition, but was more expensive. does anyone know why they wouldnt offer horse armor pack, mehrunes razor, orrey, spell tomes, the theives den, the vile lair, and the wizards tower in the 5th anniversary edition? I never thought they would withold that stuff from a 5 year old game and charge more? I guess im gonna have to get the deluxe edition
Fonger
Oblivion 5th Anniversary Edition Contents The Complete Oblivion Saga - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, The Elder Scrolls IV: Knights of the Nine Expansion Pack and The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles Expansion Pack.Collector's Steelbook - A beautiful collectible metal case masterfully embossed with Daedric symbols.Making of Oblivion - A behind-the-scenes documentary on the making of Oblivion.Oblivion Game Map - A full-color map of Cyrodiil and the Shivering Isles.Savings on Skyrim - Contains a $10 mail-in rebate offer for the purchase of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and a Skyrim strategy guide. according to amazon.com it comes with most of the dlc --- vaporware castle is not named. of course they include room for delusion Knights of the Nine Expansion Pack could mean KOTN with the other DLC or it could mean KOTN alone Hats off to confusing marketing -- you see -- SI is an expansion while KOTN was only a DLC - and there was a KOTN expansion with other DLC included Edited August 10, 2011 by Fonger
