PhoenixFyre150
Long story short, I got a little carried away with replacer mods and now my character's body, face and animations are completely out of wack. I didn't backup my original folder and now I don't know what to do. I have the steam version. This is probably a bad idea, but would deleting my entire characters folder, then verifying my game cache reset the folder to the factory defaults? If not, what other options exist? I have a ton of other mods installed and I'd like to avoid having to delete and redownload all of them.
davycrockett
contact bben46 a moderator here on the nexus and ask him for the link for his revert to vanilla page iv since lost it , or go search for it over on the fnv technical threads thats where i last saw it . it works for oblivion so id assume it works for fnv on steam too Edited August 12, 2011 by davycrockett
maboru
Yes, you can delete Characters but you'll also have to delete meshes\characters\_1st person and probably your entire textures file unless you remember exactly which body replacers you installed (any named companion files should be okay though). I don't think you'll need to verify because that should revert your character to the game's .bsa file. But then it never hurts to verify anyway!
