What will the role of Daedric Princes and their Realms

Unfortunately, zilch. It hasn't even been confirmed that there are still Daedric shrines in Skyrim, even less what kinda cheesy retcon they're gonna try to pull to delete SI from the canon.

Personally though? I wanna see Coldharbor. As for the daedric shrines, I really hope this time they make them something more than just a statue placed in the middle of the wilderness. Let's also see the daedric cults doing culty things instead of standing around doing nothing.

Well, in all the other many Elder Scrolls games, this wasn't an option. Oblivion really hammed it up, with trips to Oblivion, the Shivering Isles and one or two other realms. There was one I remember where you enter a tournament that one particular God holds every so many years. So I doubt it will play much of a role. If anything, it will be another continent which will play a big role, but I doubt Oblivion will play any role other than for conjuration magic, where you can summon creatures from the Oblivion realms.

I honestly hope it wont be something like "look another generic oblivion gate we have to close for 100th time"..oblivion made me seriously hate everything that is daedric...but that was becouse the diversity was at point zero.

I can guess we will probably visit those realms in skyrim too, but this time i hope it will be diverse and interesting...so far i havent heard any info on that...i think there wont be probably many of those realms as they want to focus on the battle with dragons and the nords, but who knows.

I know that what we saw of Dagon's realm wasn't intended to be the whole of it; it was more like staging areas and outposts, but the fact that Boethiah's and Peryite's realms looked like that too was sheer Dev laziness.

I didn't like how they did the Daedra themselves, either. Dremora looked like (in the words of a frined) Darth Maul with a skin condition, Flame Atronachs looked like little girls and totally unlike their badass Morrowind selves, and the Frost Atronachs looked like walking chunks of ice. They were much cooler (pun intended) in Morrowind. At least Storm Atronachs, Daedroth, and Clannfear looked cool.

They've already messed up the Frost Atronachs: at the ten minute mark in the E3 video, a lich summons one. Damn thing looks like a cross between an ice cube and Patrick Star, or maybe a Mirelurk. I can't wait to see how they messed up the other Daedra this time.

Daedra are serious business with me :P
