I need a cape...

I'm trying to make my character some armor based on my family's coat of arms, i've made my shield and the the colours happen to be similar to the ebony armour and like the look of that so it's all good. Now what I need is a torn sort of cape. For the details see the picture, I got a random one from the website so the colours are different (aka: not my family's coat-of-arms). I only re-textured the shield and as i have no experience meshing or even texturing that well, I am requesting that someone can attempt a torn cape like the one in the picture, except that I don't want it to be defying gravity like in the pic, and just the capey/tassely parts, no helmet, shield, bird or scrolls. It doesn't even need the knots or the flares at the ends.

 

I know this may seem like a lot (or it does to me atleast) but if anyone can help me I will be incrediably grateful. Thank-You.

 

EDIT: Also, if someone could create a shield like that, that would be much appreciated.

I don't see any torn cape in the image. Did you link the right one?

 

Meanwhile, I thought take cape in Plate of the Shadow was really cool. You can separate it from the rest of the armor, as well as retexture it.

In the image there is 4 parts. The helmet, the shield, the scrolls and the cape. It is the red and silver part in the background.

 

That plate of shadow does look very nice but it is only a little torn at the bottom, as you can (or cannot) see in the image, the cape I want is torn almost all the way to the top. Granted, it is worn on the head by the looks of things but I would prefer it on the shoulders like normal.
