Crash to desktop/Mod order

So just got NV recently and decided to mod it up... Played about a hour and have experienced two crashes, one while leaving a building and the other while sprinting across goodsprings.

 

Just wanted to get the community opinion on my load order and mod compatibility... If I experience 2 CTDs a hour but its otherwise stable I guess I can live with that...

I did and this is the order it wanted. The only mod it didn't know is the FPSWeaponWheel.

Well I just played for 1.5 hours and no crashes (until I exited...) so maybe it is more stable than I thought.
