Lings Cofiure Causing Crash on Startup

So I DLed and unpacked them into Data

 

The textures file

The mesh file

Ling.esm

Ling.bsm

 

Now it crashes upon start up

only other mods I am using are

-Readius

-Weapon Retexture Project

How do I install Lings Coiffure?

You must download Lings Coiffure v4-4a full fomod at Anthony Lings Coiffure - Hair Eyes Lashes (Fallout 3 Nexus)

Open the fomod with an archive program of your choice such as 7zip.

Copy the BSA, texture folder, and mesh folder only to Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data

Copy the .esm file from this archive to Steam\SteamApps\common\fallout new vegas\Data

In the launcher, select lings.esm in the data files.

Play.

I cant find the Fallout New Vegas download of Lings Mod. I still get crashed and yes i do have ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated! On. I really want to get this mod working but either way i cant.
