Mod Load order problem

I have only a few mods active,I have my fallout 3 game updated to the most recent version I'm using fallout mod manager (0.13.21) also I have FO3 Edit version 3.0.15, I have BOSS 1.8 and FOSE (Fallout Script Extender) 1.2 b 2 . here's my load order.I used boss to sort my load order. my character is at megaton and every time i leave the supply shop or when I'm about to leave it freezes. any help would be greatly appreciated.all the mods I have loaded can be found here http://www.fallout3nexus.com/

I'd recommend getting this utility called Wrye Flash/garybash.

 

That should tell you if you're missing anything, or if there's some kind of conflict FOMM isn't telling you about.

 

If that doesn't work, I'd say you have to do it trial and error style, just disable your mods one at a time until you find the specific mod that's causing the error.

 

If it were a load order problem, then FO3Edit would've noticed it easily.

Sorry, forgot to put in the python installation instructions.

 

Basically, you're installing a FO3 version of Oblivion's Wrye Bash, which can be found here.

 

You'll want to install Wrye Bash first, because that'll install the required python software. Then, you'll follow Wrye Flash's installation instructions, which basically amount to unzip and drop in your FO3 directory. Then it's just a matter of launching with the Wrye Bash Launcher in your /Fallout3/Mopy file.

 

Yes, even though the program is called 'Wrye Flash' the launcher is called 'Wrye Bash'.
