Problems Installing All Natural

Hi,

To start of, I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. Also, the Wyrebash version is whatever the latest one is on the nexus site, as I installed it yesterday.

Anyway, I downloaded All Natural in the attempt to install, and when I placed the archive into the bash installers folder in oblivion mods and opened up wyre bash, the mod didn't appear in the install tab. I also tried to extract the mod into that folder so it would just be a standard file, and that didn't work either.

I watched a video tutorial on youtube on how to install this mod, and noticed some people in the comments had the same issue, but no one answered how to fix it even though a couple said they got it to work. So does anyone here know what to do?

Thanks in advance

Open up Wrye Bash at the Installers tab and drag the AN archive into the installers window of WB.

just tried that, and it asked whether i wanted to move or copy, said move, and still nothing appeared in the package list that i could click to install. I did go to the directory and see that the all natural archive had been placed in the bash installer folder, and it had a lock on it this time. But still no option to install

If you don't have any other packages, my first advice to you is to uninstall Oblivion and re-install it, making sure that you install it outside of the Windows' protected 'Program Files' folder structure. This is the root cause of these kinds of issues, because Windows will not allow data inside of 'Program Files' and ghosts it to a virtual folder, causing all sorts of issues. Never install games to the default folders, and always outside of 'Program Files'. My installation is in C:\Games\Oblivion\ .

so, i moved my steam install to c:/games/oblivion and the bash installer was in that in oblivion mods, but it still didn't work. I did the drag into the installation thing, and manually put it there, and neither worked :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash: don't know what the problem is.
