Fearing a bisexual partner.

Apology accepted.

Honestly I didn't know that bisexuals were thought of in such terms. I suppose where I am I am not in the "know" about these things. But my comparison was to show 1) how dumb I thought the idea bi's being cheaters was and 2) trying to relate it to something maybe the heterosexuals in this thread would possibly understand..thus the porn reference. Not because they are bad but because of the situation of the work environment I imagine it is difficult for them to get into normal relationships without a lot of hang ups. I personally don't think badly of many porn stars but rather the society in which we live that has so much money generated in that business that being one is a viable option.

Anyway...I hope everyone gets my point now. I was beginning to think maybe I had a stroke and was typing nonsensical dialogue.

According to unpleasant and clueless people, bisexuals are:

-Cheaters

-Desperate for a partner of each sex

-Creepy

-Likely to try to jump the bones of anyone present and thus riddled with STDs

-A bunch of silly little overgrown girls who kiss each other in bars for male approval

-Only ugly, desperate people

-Confused and thus need to "pick a side"

-Gay but afraid to admit it.

-Still capable of having the social advantages of being in an opposite-gender relationship and therefore traitors to the gay community.

Basically, bisexual people, while maybe not "more hated" than homosexual people, are hated even within their own community and what are supposed to be safe spaces. Anybody can be ignorant and hateful, too. You'd think it wouldn't happen, but everybody outside the default categories has their own infighting too--there's ethnic minorities that hate each other, for example.
