I would like to buy a disintegrate armor spell from Sulinus Vasinus in order to create a custom spell and raise my armorer skill, but i simply don't have the option to either buy spells from him or train. It is the same for all the NPCs in the Skingrad mages guild. I am a member of the mages guild, i have finished the quest line and am actually the Arch-Mage of the guild, and Silinus has a disposition of 100 towards me, yet i can just ask him questions about rumors, skingrad, etc... Is this some sort of bug? I checked on UESP but there isn't any mention of such a thing, so if anyone can help i would be very grateful.Thanks.
