bigman28
Ok.. for some reason anything that I put in the villa will not respawn? I have the respawn box checked but nothing. Is it the area? because you can't wait in the Villa "because of the Cloud"

Sunnie
As far as I know, respawns won't happen in an area you never leave. Works the same as merchants and respawning containers. You have to be out of that cell for 3 game days.

Sunnie
What exactly are you putting in the Madre that you want to respawn?
bigman28
What exactly are you putting in the Madre that you want to respawn?Well... In West town I put some ghosts and ghouls there.
viennacalling
If you put them in NVDLC01WestTownN (Puesta del Sol North) or NVDLC01WestTownS (Puesta del Sol South), those world spaces are set to use encounter zone NVDLC01WestTownZone. That encounter zone has the box "Never Resets" checked. For reference: http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/Encounter_Zone
Sunnie
viennacalling is correct. In fact, all the encounter zones in the Dead Money DLC except nvdlc01gala02zone are set to "never resets".
