BLNM
I just got Windows 7 on my computer and installed Steam. I reinstalled Oblivion through my account and started playing. Please note that this is a fresh install. No mods, no lingering data, nothing. For some reason the subtitles move too fast to read them. I remember my friend bought it and on his first time playing it, noticed this too. It should also be stated that my speakers don't seem to work (fixed through computer-based internal surgery) and neither did the aforementioned friend's speakers. This bug never happened on the XP system (running on same computer). Anyone know what the problem is? Tried fixing by:Restarting GameRestarting ComputerExiting Game (after turning subtitles off) and Re-Enabling Them Later Fixed it, the glitch was because of my speakers, which were inserted wrong. They worked on XP plugged into the headphone port, but on Windows 7 they need a different port. This was the source of the confusion. BLNM
Nope. And I just restarted, seeing if that helps. EDIT: Doesn't help. Edited August 20, 2011 by BLNM
