chrisjllamb
Hi everyone, First off, I apologise if this is in the wrong part of the forum - I wasn't sure whether or not to put it in the technical support section, or in here as it does have one or two spoilers. So I've managed to go back to Jacobstown just before the final 'SYS' Save, only to find Marcus has been brutally cut down by a Bighorner. Unfortunately, I went back to a much older save that I had, and well, found the same problem there, so it looks like I don't actually have a save when he was alive (I have however, completed EVERYTHING there). Anyway, at the final battle at Hoover Dam, I used the console to resurrect Marcus so I could get the ending that I should have had, rather than the one about Jacobstown falling apart. Unfortunately, this did not seem to work. So my question is: Is there a way of getting that ending, preferably via the console? If all I have to do is resurrect Marcus, then did it not work because I did it BEFORE I started Hoover Dam, or is it some buried setting somewhere that we cannot access? Thanks

viennacalling
Assuming you brought Marcus back to life and he stays alive for the rest of the game, try this command in the console: Set "0013BF54".bMarcusDead to 0 That should give you a different ending for Jacobstown during the slideshow.
