Skyrim Vampire Society mod

1st of all I know this is not where u place info on mods other than for Oblivion but I haven't seen any about skyrim yet.

 

Ok so I was thinking about working on a major project with skyrim (I know the game is not out yet, but u know, the sooner u prepare the faster u can get to work on it). Most probably you never heard of my Vampire Society mod for Oblivion, so I'll fill you in with the details:

-Vampire Guild

-Vampire Quests

-New city with quests to make (also vampire friendly)

That is what I wan't to do in Skyrim, only much much more than that. I am aware of the fact that Vampires may not even be in the game (which poses a large prblem for me cause I'm a modding noob ).

I created this topic for 3 things:

1 - I need ideas for quests, NPC's : u want to see something in that mod u name it.

2 - "if" there will be no vampires in the game than I'll be quite screwed cause it'll take me some time to even get handy with the new CS, not speaking of forging a vampire disease with all it's elements. So I mos probably will not be able to achieve it without help.

3 - For those of u who actualy did saw my mod, this time there will be a separation of the architecture from vampirism tweaks.

i must say, currently working on the final full release of terran vampires and if it's a sucses i'l work on something simmilar for skyrim, only id probaly take the rich elder scrolls vampire lore since there is suprisingly quite a load.

Dude I don't think there's gonna be a single person making a mod for skyrim in the first few months after the release cause they'll be playing right the excrements out of this game (as well as loosing any contact with the outside world :tongue: , including me :dance: ). But I'll accept as many people for the project as it takes, cause I already plan it to be big, and light as well.

just PM me when you want to start, i'm realy occupied with Terran vampires right now, but it wil be great, alo i will note waht player do and don't like about TV. could be realy usefull, lets aim at beating the aother vampire mod teams :P

I'm glad someone is looking into this. I would love to see a good vampirism mod. The problem I have with elder scrolls vampires is that they don't feel right. No super speed, super strength, claws, ripping out throats with teeth, and of course no feeding on people unless they're asleep. Not to mention the whole idea that the LESS blood they drink, the MORE powerful they become. :dry:

 

That concept always bugged me in ES. You should make the mod with a choice between what type of vampire the people want to play. Some like to stay true to the lore, and others want to be like true blood. I'm sure half the people waiting for this game wanted to make a nord like Eric Northman.

 

Any way, I'm done spittin out suggestions. If I was any good at modding i'd offer my services in any way I can, but I don't know the first thing about it. I'm a longtime user of vampire mods and I'll probably be waiting anxiously for yours until it's released. :D

if you shal make a vamp city make it hidden inside a mountain as then it will be lore freandly to skyrims lore and still feel new. give us bloodbotles to feed on just in case we forget to drink. (just to keep the vamps from dying) maybe ceveral towns in diferent mountains and a capital in the centrum. (like one big - the capital four in each of the corners of the map and a vamp sanchuary/tavern/traveling haven in each city so that we can have a drink from people who wants it(like the mod unholy darknes did in bravil) and maybe some necro powers so a vampira can have, and a thrall system

Actually that's only the CYRODIIL vampires you see in Oblivion. If you read the lore that type of vampire and ONLY that type of vampire become more human the more blood they drink and are able to fit in with the society. If they let themselves starve the hunger takes over and all of the vampirism starts to show, so they are encouraged to feed often so they can rule Cyrodiil from the shadows and if they need to go into combat they let themselves starve. They are a peculiar type of vampire and I liked them a lot compared to all the same old same old "buffy", "true blood", "underworld" vamps. In Morrowind and Daggerfall you got all sorts of powers based on what clan you were in and they were all pretty different from Oblivion's vamps. In Oblivion (Cyrodiil) there is only one vampire clan and they are very VERY vigilant (if you read the lore) of exterminating all other vampires in Cyrodiil so they have no other competition.

I think the way to become a vampire is too lame in the game. there should be a quest where u met a women wich u don know that she a vampire.she use her spell on u and drain ur blood kill u by accident and ur a vampire. The Vampire Society wich have a strict rule about turning a human to Vampire kill her but they decided to let u live cause ur a dragon born and that how ur journey as a vampire should began lol.

when u a vampire u should have a blood bar.. the blood-bar(which show how much blood vampire have in their body) witch u consume when u use Vampire spell only. At the lvling up, it should have a vampirism category witch let u improve blood bar and learn cool spells. During the day vampire lose blood from Blood Bar faster than during night.Vampire blood-bar should lose blood when a vampire choose to use spell like move super quick(cost lots of blood in blood bar) and a vampire should be able to control people( to open doors with their keys or to distract or attack a target or guard), wich cost less blood. Vampire feeding:Two types of blood: Fresh blood and undead blood, Fresh blood should increase blood from bloodbar and gradually lose slower, Undead blood also fill blood bar but gradually lose faster than Fresh blood. when u feed on a live person u gain fresh blood, feed on a dead person or dead thing gain undead blood. In order to feed Vampire must have a skill call Feed, how much blood u get from a target is depend on how strong is ur Feed( can be upgrade in vampirism category). A person only have a certain amount of blood, a live person have more than a dead 1 but if u choose to use ur feed move too long on a live person they may wake up and warn the others. Vampire should have another skill call Blood rush, wich let u see how much blood people have. if a person walking around with a red aura than he have lots of blood than the person who have blue aura ( people regain blood slowly) as a Vampire u must be careful not to kill any1 while feeding because Vampire Society have strict rules again turning human into a vampire because they like to stay unknown to the world.

In Vampire Society, other veteran Vampire teach u how to live as a vampire and give u quest to kill Other vampire who broke the rules or just assassination quest. The reward for those missions are Bottles of blood wich work like potion but gain blood, bottles of blood can be acquire if u sacrifice people to the Vampire Society( should be a limits# of bottles u can carry). There ultimate reward for doing all of Vampire Society main quest is the Jar of Unholy wich work like azura star but store a certain amount of blood( bottle of blood disappear after use but not Jar of unholy). In order to gain blood from bottles vampire must use feed and choose the bottle of blood but they should do that when no 1 is around drink blood lol... can reveal to others that ur a vampire.

Stage 1: 75% or higher blood in blood bar Vampiric spell last for a long time and are very powerful, super strong and fast during the night, 50% weaker again fire spell

stamina increase greatly

Stage 2: 50% to 74% blood in blood bar Vampiric spell last for a decent amount of time, powerful vampairc spell, strong and fast during night, 25% weaker again fire

Stage 3: 25%-49% in blood bar vampiric spell last for a short amount of time,fast during the night, people will notice u a vampire if u stay in the sun for a too long.(some vamparic spell may not be able to use.)

Stage 4: 24% or lower spell last same as 3rd stage, fast during night, citizen fear u guard attack on sight (some vamparic spell may not be able to use.)

0 blood in blood bar turn pail weak but still can move very fast low hp and stamina. Blood bar go on a blood thrust mode witch if u don get blood in ur system in a certain amount of time u will die.

i dont think it should revrite the vampire in skyrim, not because they are not crapy but let his be a quest mod for vampires and then have other people make the many vamp revamp dat WILL happen so that people can CHOOSE to be that kind of vampire they want. no ofence but this is just my oppinion
