Unable To Use Mods Now

Ok, so I used to play fallout 3 with any mods I wanted very well. Then my computer got a virus and I had to format my computer. For a while I hadn't played Fallout 3, but recently I stumbled back across it and decided to play. Here is my problem: I cannot use any mods. I was looking over the mod community and all the new mods that have been put out since my last playing, and I can't try any of them. I load up the launcher and upon doing so go to the data files and check off any mods I would like to load, after I do so i hit ok. I went into my game and found that the mod did not load at all. So I checked my data files again, and only my dlc were still checked and my mods had not been. So i tried again and it didn't work. I have archiveinvalidated and use FOMM. I can't seem to find anything already in the forums pertaining to such an issue. If any would could help it would be much appreciated. :D

Hmmm lets see; Are you using the latest version of FoMM? (V 13.21) Also, in what folder did you install FoMM?

For Fomm it says I have version (0.13.21). And the folder it is installed to is Computer/Local Disk/Program Files/GeMM , I don't know if I was supposed to install it somewhere else but if i was let me know. I think the reason FOMM is not launching it with the mods is because it starts up the FalloutLauncher.exe which runs through my steam account and by default ignores any mods I am trying to load. I am not sure if this is correct or not, but I am gonna try that.

I am not getting an error though. The game loads up fine, I am just not able to load any mods. By the way are your running FOMM as an administrator? First line said the acces to the plugins.txt was denied.

Yeah.

I found the problem, probably the problem with yours, too.

If you look in where your APPDATA is, by the USER name or whatever, edit the plugin file as you see on the Data File enabler when you start up the launcher. The plugin file doesn't change its txt right way, so you have to do it manually.

I can walk it through if you want.
