Load order or mod conflict?

Hey I just got fallout NV and starting the arduous process of setting it up. Everything was going great for a while but soon after i start the game it starts lagging some then eventually crashes when zoning and freezes up. Last big mod i installed was the Monster Mod (which made me nervous because I have Bounties and some other mods that might change NPC's. Below is my load order. I am beginning to go back now and check compatibility sections on all my mods but if anyone notices something OBVIOUS from glancing at my load order it might save me a week or two of fishing! Thanks.
