A mod that makes NPCs essential?

I was wondering if there is a mod that makes every non-regenerating and non-quest-kill NPC essential? By non-regenerating I mean NPCs with names that won't come back alive after you kill them (guards, bandits, skeletons, adoring fan, etc, are regenerating I think since they regenerate after a few days after killed), and by non-quest-kill I mean NPCs that aren't supposed to die in quests. This is so that NPCs who get into fights with guards trying to defend the player won't be dead for good. Sometimes I like to provoke the guards but the annoying thing is NPCs who have high disposition towards my character will get into fights with guards as well, and 99% of the time they get killed permanently, unless I go around town scavenging dead NPCs, typing "resurrect" for every single one.

If there isn't one, can someone tell me how to do it, without going into CS and manually changing all 200-or-so of them into essential?
