mhouk2
As you've read I dont have these in my game data folder, yet the game runs? on what? maybe dreams? willpower? but in all seriousness this makes installing mods near-impossible
quicksilverva
what file path are you looking in, and did you get from disk/d2d/steam??
Iv000
The "data" folder doesn't have "textures, sounds" etc folders in itself by default. It's taking the resources from the .bsa archives also located in the "data" folder. Example: Fallout - Textures.bsaIf you want to install a mod that has textures, meshes etc, you:1. If the mod does have a "textures, meshes etc" folder, you just paste it into the "data" folder.2. If the mod only has files, and does not have folders, you need to find out it's folder path. A weapon texture path is like this: Data>textures>weapons>huntingrifle>huntingrifle.dds You can probably find the installation instructions in the readme.txt that came with the mod, or in the mod description.
