Flat Disc Activator

I'm looking for something like Invisible Activator but as a flat disc and larger by default. As thin as possible while still being able to be activated in the cross-hairs in the game.

 

I'm no modeler but I'm guessing that hard collision and activation go hand in hand and that you can't have one without the other... If you can then collision is not necessary, if needed then that's fine too.
