Generating Fallout 4 SEQ file

I'm making a quest mod using CK.

I've tried using FO4Edit to generate a SEQ file but I didn't find the option; then I added CK 64-bit to steam and set a generate SEQ launch command, but it doesn't work.

You can make an SEQ the same way as in skyrim. Just do it via cmd.

With the SEQ file I notice no difference and i am not even sure if fallout needs it yet.

Hopefully they made a fix. Hated generating that thing all the time.

Wish I could tell you if necessary or not but right now I can not even get perfectly compiled simple scripts to fire in game.

I know others are having the same issue. I guess this is why CK is still in beta?

Fallout 4 doesn't use SEQ files.

Strange, my new dialogues don't seem to appear though.

The reason is something else.

Did you know what other reasons that might cause dialogues not appear?

I was able to generate SEQ via cmd. But as I expected it is not needed according to Zilav.

SEQ was just a pain. Glad to hear its not needed now.

You can always try saving your game then loading right away. This was another workaround in skyrim. If it does not work I suggest waiting for CK to get out of beta.

I spent thousands of hours in the CK for skyrim. I am very familiar with papyrus. Things I know I am doing right just are refusing to work. Mainly dialogue and perfectly compiled scripts not firing.

If I find some time to play with it and figure something out i will let you know.

Just curious,

are you able to get any scripts to work with your setup? I can not even get objectives in a quest to display on mine. Via console or triggers.

Hey, now that you've mentioned it, would you mind helping me deal with scripts? I'm making a follower mod for Skyrim and scripting is basically a pain in the ass for me.

I dont even have the time to figure out why my own scripts are not firing.

They are all written correctly and compile perfect. Its an issue with fallout and until there is a fix I cant really help anyone with anything.

Once they fix that issue it will probably fix your dialogue issue as well. As I said my dialogue and scripts dont work even through they are setup properly.
