ok it's been over 3 days of trying to make fcom works but it keep crashing on startup I followed the instruction at http://devnull.sweetdanger.net/fcominstall.html

anyone know what seem to be the problem

edit:BOSS said to delete Loth's Blunt Weapons.esp and Loth's Blunt Weapons- Mobs.esp still crashes on startup

Google the FCOM Superpack. Read their installation section where it covers the Bashed Patch. Pay specific attention to where it tells you to NOT check OOO files in a couple of places. That MAY help.

 

Salmo the baker is known to cause crashes for no apparent reason - try disabling it.

 

Also look at more up-to-date alternatives - replace the Living Economy stuff with Enhanced Economy for instance.

Hi!

I have installed FCOM also a few times before it worked.

Here is my load order

 

 

 

  Reveal hidden contents

 

 

0B UOP Vampire Aging & Face Fix.esp [Version 1.0.0] [CRC: A2DBC5A4]

0C Oblivion Citadel Door Fix.esp [CRC: 01B694D9]

 

You should delete those. First can be also checked in the Bash Patch under Tweaks. Second shouldn't be used until you really need it.

 

1A Living Economy.esp [CRC: 486C64F8]

1B Living Economy - Items.esp [CRC: 1F0A2AB8]

1C Cutthroat Merchants.esp [CRC: 5DCDC3A3]

 

What is this? Are you also using the Living Economy which is implemented into Frans? That would be bad!

 

12 Francesco's Optional Leveled Quests-SI only.esp [CRC: 44B46A86]

14 Francesco's Dark Seducer Weapons Patch.esp [CRC: 39CA83B1]

18 Fran Armor Add-on.esp [CRC: 08F76946]

19 Fran_Lv30Item_Maltz.esp [CRC: A6BC52B6]

 

Dunno if you really should use it.

 

2E Bob's Armory Oblivion.esp [CRC: DE136AF6]

2F Cheat Bob's Armory Oblivion.esp [CRC: 9D227096]

 

I highly doubt that you should use both.

 

31 Loth's Blunt Weapons.esp [CRC: 42CF8D30]

32 Loth's Blunt Weapons- Mobs.esp [CRC: D2664C63]

 

As you said, those 2 shouldn't be used with FCOM!

Are SI Travellers really supported by FCOM?

Use Enhanced Economy instead. Don't use the Living Economy that Frans came with.

These should all be fine.

Only use one of these. They both target the same information which can cause some CTD issues. Use the first one.

Actually, you shouldn't use either. There should be a FCOM_Loth'sBluntWeapons.esp you should use instead of either of those.

 

 

This guide is essential for installing FCOM. It's also updated more often.

Real nice :D I think I'm gonna install FCOM with a little more features again. Thought that I shouldn't try so much because it would get the game more unstable.

Well I highly recommend to use MMM's "Diverse Waterlife" instead of this one ;)
