Kaelzor1988
Ok. my computer just crashed a lil bit earlier. Not really crash, but got hit by a virus that wiped everything from my desktop and all my folders, files, etc... I figured out how to save my ability to mod with Fallout 3, but I cant mod with New Vegas anymore. I got this crash dump error, but I dont understand a word of it. Any help would really be greatly appreciated. I run it the program as Admintrastor just to make sure the program runs. No I havent had any other issues. I didnt have any virus problems until I started letting my lil brother play on my pc and I'm no longer gonna allow it because of this.
Fonger
experimentally copy all the contents of your fomod folder to someplace elseremove write protection from that destination then delete the original folder then copy back the copied contents just make certain you actually copy the contents instead of just using the OS to change its location. {its all about hitting it upside the head with a monkey wrench} Edited September 2, 2011 by Fonger
Kaelzor1988
Well I already tried changing my download location as well. I had delete my Fo3 folder entirely, uninstall the game and reinstall it to fix the issue i was having with it and FOMM working together. New Vegas is in my Steam folder, but yeah I'll take a look and see if I can utilize your idea. I could also do what I did with Fo3 and see if that works. delete the entire folder, then uninstal and reinstall. Kaelzor1988
It finds new vegas just fine, but then it crashed and FOMM shuts down on me. So Ill try my idea and yours and see what I can come up with. I ve had do a lot of cutting and pruning with other games in order to get cheats or exp content to work.
