Sil3nthunter
I installed OOO_133_Complete_Setup it has all the OOO files I believe and from that I upgraded it to 1.34. Also I am running a Windows 7 OS and oblivion is installed in C:\Games\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion

You need to install once without picking any options, and again choosing options. This is only an issue with the exe installer, apparently.
