Need some serious help with Mayu's Animations Overhaul!

Well I re-installed my game and started a new game with my mods and they are STILL NOT MOVING!! I don't know what is going on here!!! Someone please help me as I am at a loss, here are some pictures and my mod list.

1. Have you checked to see if all the animations are in the Mayu Projects folder?

 

2. Do you have the MAO OOO compatibility patch since you are using OOO?

Don't know how well it works since i stopped using MAO and never used OOO.

 

I'm not using OOO that's just a COBL patch that I don't have ticked. And what Animations would I be looking for in that folder?

I don't think you have an animation problem. You only talk about guards. If your walk animation were missing, then ALL of your vanilla NPCs can't move. Do you have this problem?

 

To me it looks more like an AI package problem. The guards AI packages are either missing, or (more likely) the XMarkers which are target to the travel packages, cannot be reached. I'm not a mod expert, but I see you have an IC district overhaul with all these colorful bricks. What is it? Is this mod installed correctly, in the right load order? Checked the readme for this?

Just to make sure it's not an animation issue, bring up the command console, click on a guard that's not close to you and type "startconversation player". If no animations are missing, they should walk over to you the speak with you. What's the "VWD" patch for in better cities, anyway? Edited by burningwreckage00

I used Start conversation and he walked to me and talked to me. The VWD patch is for View Distance of Imperial City for Better Cities. So what might be the problem?

Then animations are not the problem. I went to re-consult a video for MAO I watched a long time ago by Sangel2525, and it seems i got the load orders mixed up. MAO should be close to last while Deadly Reflexes should be last. Never used deadly reflexes, so I forgot that detail. If that still doesn't work, i would just start disabling other mods until the problem fixes itself, then look through the ones disable to see if they had any conflicts with each other concerning the guards or the IC itself. I'd start with Better Imperial City since it could very well be an AI package issue or conflict. Edited by burningwreckage00
