Game Crashes on start up

fallout new vegas was working yesterday but was constantly crashing and i have a computer that can handle it and now the game crashes on start up.

here are my mod order:

Asus G73sw-a1

Intel core i7-2630QM CPU @2.00 GHz and 2.9 GHz Turbo mode

8 gb ram

windows 7 64 bit

your game crashed on start up or after you load your saved game?

im using the same graphic card as yours. gtx 460, i have kindda same problem i guess. check out my post (http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/429905-problem-with-asus-engtx-460-top-1gb/)
