Site issue, No downloads starting

Not sure where exactly to put this.

 

Each time I go to download a file, the new pop-up thing comes up, the ad goes to play then disappears and the server list comes up. Once I select a server (UK public) my browser hits a 'connecting' loop while the box which had the download list loops a

"successfully written to /home/files/nv/F3NV Project Reality MkIv3-1-42180.rar" message over and over again.

 

Using Firefox 6.0.1, with ABP and noscript, but both are disabled for the site.

 

EDIT: It is just the UK server doing this, the US ones work fine.

I experienced the same thing with the UK server yesterday.
