Lings wont work? :(

I cant get Lings to work! Im not running many mods, mostly MArt's and FOOK2, so I cant figure out what the HECK is wrong! Any tips guys? Not only are the Ling's options not there, some of the VANILLA eyes are gone! D:

I used FO3Edit to make shojo work with Lings , it all works now :)
