The problem i found is that after it is trying to bash patch Import graphics. It give me that error. And when i uncheck OOO.esm in that import graphics place. I was able to pass import graphics and finished the bashed patch without any error.

My Wrye bash is fully updated. Also i follow the FCOM GUIDE. It told me to check everything in import graphics. Anyone able to solve this?
